We hand deliver for FREE with our two man delivery team, to ensure safe delivery and handover of your Rocket. This takes 2 to 4 working days from order for in stock items. 

This is a white glove delivery, where a two man team carry the machine for you, unpack the machine, and position it where you want, and can take the packaging away. Whilst they are not able to stay and show you how to make coffee we offer a free zoom call bookable via our live chat to help you 'dial in' your machine and grinder. In our experience we feel this is the best combination of a safe two man white glove delivery, and setup and training help is provided by phone or zoom.

We can't give a delivery window on this sort of delivery as it is a specialist hand delivery team who do a route they plan on the morning of delivery. But the delivery team will call you on their way so you know in advance when to expect them.
